Betty Ramos is a holistic health coach who teaches her clients to embrace the healing power of food. Clients often come to her with low energy, stress, and chronic health issues. She works with them to adopt sustainable habits and eat in a way that nourishes them, inside and out.
Through her compassionate, personalized approach, Betty guides each client toward lasting transformation, not quick fixes. Her philosophy blends practical nutrition with mindfulness and self-care, empowering people to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and rediscover joy in the everyday rituals of eating and living well.
THE BRief - full day shoot
Like many entrepreneurs, Betty wanted to stop reusing the same few images and start fresh. She knew she needed pictures of herself at work as a health coach, paired with calming images of her in nature.
Since Betty is an avid cook and gardener, we incorporated both into her session. One concept had her preparing vegetables in the kitchen for a salad, making a pitcher of fruit-infused water, and creating meal plans for her clients.
To capture attention on social media, we made sure to take plenty of detail shots, as well as visual hooks like an action shot of dressing being poured onto a salad.
